    Was not a set up...TV's were in place...just disconnected Direct TV and helped set up streaming.

    The person who arrived and set up the TV for my mom understood her limitations and realized that having a separate remote for the sound bar would be too confusing for her, and recommended not connecting it for her. Super kind and considerate.

    The geek Squad as fine...The tv itself seems to need some adjustment. The sound is a bit off and every once in a while the picture goes off and on.
