    Gentleman arrived on time and went straight to work. The new tv could not match up with the tv ... needed a digital cable to connect the two, purchased one at Best Buy but have had no luck in getting the two divides to work together

    The geek squad techs worked very delegently to find out why the sound bar would go out after you change the channel. SAMSUNG SHOULD ADDRESS AND FIX THIS FLAW!!!!
