All my questions were answered right then. I have more and will contact Raymond as to blurred motion and some sharpness issues.

The agent was well versed in the Samsung 8500 curved tv. She took the time to show me how to work the remote and access the different features of the smart tv.

the agent called before arriving and asked if he could come early and that was very convenient for me. he was terrific.

They were solid but there was an issue with the service I needed. I have not problem when the installers are actual Geek Squad/Best Buy employees. I am not a fan of their vendors.

Agents delivered my tv, set it up and showed me how to use remote, very professional and customer oriented.

My tech was on time and got my tv and DVD player set up in no time. He was very pleasant and did not leave until all my questions were answered.

I am happy with the T.V., but was frustrated with the delivery/set up. My T.V. was not initially set up when delivered as the delivery team advised another team had to do the set up. This was not explained at the time of purchase. While this is not a Geek Squad issue, I had to wait two weeks for the next available Geek Squad appointment. As for the actual set up, it was completed properly and within a reasonable time. I will note, they did not take the box.

The geek squad member that came to my house was very nice, explained the tv set and workings of it very well, was on time, cleaned up well after he was done

I love the Insignia Brand. My last TV (Insignia) lasted 10 years and I’m sold on Best Buy and Insignia!!

The geek squad scammed me with false lies never came to do installion they kept teh money hopefully i get reimburse for non installation of set for item. They cancelled twice on there part. They falsified dates . Very irresponsible team of non compliant towards Customers. They steal ur money only nit reliable whatsoever.
