Tv hookup

Had to buy new hd blue ray player and a universal harmony remote and linked all our items ourselves

easy set up

Dismal communication and scheduling processes.

However, Best Buy's outsourcing of call centers and installations makes the customer experience horrible if things are not routine. Customers cannot call the store directly for anything, so calls go around the world to more "nice" folks who are not in a position to solve problems which would be simply resolved with local relationships. I've been a loyal Best Buy customer for 3 decades but am so disappointed by the poor customer experience that I will never make a purchase there again -- if I cannot install myself.

Set up 65 tv

Set up of wall mount bracket and tv above fireplace in New house was seamless. They reviewed the tv menus with me and asked if i had any questions. They cleaned up when they were done.
