    The people that came to do the setup were polite and knowledgeable but they were around 3 hours late in the window of time I was given. That is not acceptable when I waited almost two weeks to get them to do the install. They also did not wear shoe coverings in the house. One of them used my bathroom without asking which is common courtesy.

    2 days after installation, my remote is not working the way it used too. I believe it is a programming issue, or maybe it's just me. However, when I tried to call for someone to come back out I was told that I had to disconnect my TV and bring it into the Geek squad. I have spent a decent amount of money this past year & always was happy, until that phone call, very disappointing. Would recommend Geek squad techs, but not the people who answered the phone that day
