The guys that set-up the tv were prifessional and answered all of my questions.

I needed to pay for this service as I had no other choice if I wanted my TV on the wall. I wanted it higher and moved more to the right. They placed the TV where they said it had to go and looked best. After installation I told them the TV looked crooked and they said it was only because I had it tilted. After they left i tried to straighten out the TV and it was super wobbley. Now I had to call them back to reschedule another visit so they can address these issues that could have been taken care of at the initial visit.

The guys were fabulous. They connected things for me and were patient in explaining the various processes.

Paid to setup on stand(77in lgG5) as well as move another tv and set up sound bar but they said putting it on stand wasn’t covered even though I was told to order a stand elsewhere, but they also said it wasn’t from Best Buy. Then listed it in transit so couldn’t reschedule for 5 days despite all efforts of sales people. Then told they were at my house and I rushed home but no one there; but they listed the work as done but the pictures were taken in another house! Best Buy refunded my money and apologized profusely. The staff there had spent hours trying to rectify the problem, but couldn’t.

Great service and even better advice on additional equipment. Arrived exactly on time!

Just had my first visit from the Geek Squad and am very satisfied. The technician solved very troubling problems between my new remote and my new TV.

The agents installed the tv, and surround sound, as requested. All equipment was setup and connected.
