Geek Squad can’t seem to fix the problem

The recurring problem I have is that the TV picture and the Sonos sound system don’t sync. The Geek Squad has been here twice and they’re coming again tomorrow and can’t seem to solve the issue. I have to unplug the whole system to reboot it every time I turn on the TV in order to get it to sync. I would think that these guys are supposed to be the technical experts so why can’t they figure out the problem?
