Efficient and courteous.

DISRESPECTFUL

The snarkiness of two of the three installers towards this 60+ year old customer and his wife is inexcusable. As a former manager for multiple stores in multiple companies I know how a customer, whose home you’re working in, should have been treated. That didn’t happen. I would hope we would be treated with more respect in the future, because we weren’t respected this time.
