Frank and his crew took there and setup my 120” projector screen on the wall.

The worst service. They made two visits to look at the work they were going to do. They gave me the price and I paid for the installation and the day they arrived at my house without looking or doing anything they said that they had to charge me double. I told them no and called customer service, they canceled the service and told me they would call to schedule and do the service. That was a month ago and they still haven't scheduled the service. In the end I wasted 4 days on visits and they did nothing. Geeksquad my bad service they just want to charge

Quick set up but only plugged in the accessories no skill required. No real set up and adjustments to maximize the performance as indicated by sales people.

This is a tough one. It was very challenging to even set-up an appointment. Originally requested a Dec. 24 delivery and installation, however even after checking several times prior to and same day was told the delivery and install was on track ultimately no one showed up, no call, no explanation, no nothing, and after several inquires was told next available was Jan. 17. Of course this was unacceptable, so after several more calls finally was able to confirm a Dec. 29 delivery and install. Again everything was on track and then received a same day cancellation notice. Again after several calls they actually did show up at 8 pm and installed the TV. Ultimately they were very professional, competent and informative, unlike the website and customer service phone calls, although disconcerting they did not wear masks nor gloves as originally explained that they would due to the covid-19 pandemic protocols. Historically I have had good experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad, however this was one of the worst experiences ever. The best thing is that the TV and sound bar were all set-up, look nice, operate well, and am very content and happy! Highly recommend some major analysis and overhaul of the Best buy scheduling and customer service. The third party logistics company delivery and install system is totally broken as is the interface with customer service on the phone and the website. I'd only recommend Geek Squad for the convenience in comparison to not many others that do what you do out there.
