    Had to get a simple tv for 87 year old. We did not want a "smart tv" Very glad we found what we wanted and it works perfect.

    Agent arrived on time, did wear Mask and booties while in my home. He came in asked where new TV was going, I told him in the living room and the existing living room TV would be going to the basement. He then removed booties, went outside to bring in the new TV. I noticed him struggling a little and offered assistance, he refused it. He placed the new TV in its box on floor in Living Room then proceeded to disconnect existing TV. Again I offered my assistance for bringing TV downstairs, again he refused. Back upstairs he proceeded to open the box, did not look at assembly instructions or leave them for me. He started assembling the stand, attached it to the TV. Put TV on the table, only connected HDMI and power, said no way to connect RCA to the new TV you need a new AV receiver. Wrong - there are adapters. He was not willing to engage in conversation nor explain anything to me. To me he seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. He did not use the cable management clips for the wires and did not properly route them. He powered up the TV, set up my Fios remote to work the TV. He then asked me if I wanted him to take away the box and packing materials, I said yes. As he was doing this I noticed something dark in the bottom styrofoam, but since he already seemed annoyed I didn't ask him what it was. I turns out what I saw was the bag of Cable Management Clips. When I sat down later that day to watch TV I noticed the TV was not level. The agent did not properly assemble the stand so I had to call Totaltech and request an escalation to get another agent to return to my home and correct the installation. I also requested that the second agent bring the LG Cable Management clips that should have been installed on my TV. I was told they agent will try to do that but that I should call or return to the store I purchased TV from to see if they might have any clips there. Calls are fruitless as they go to nationwide calling center, I returned to the local store then did not have clips, they suggested I ask the agent to order them if he does not bring them on the visit to correct the initial setup. Second agent arrived, I brought out my 4 foot level and he verified TV was not level. He then disconnected TV, removed the stand, pushed the back piece into its proper position in the base, attached the back to the TV and returned the TV to the table. If I had't asked if he checked to see if the screws underneath were tight he would have missed that. We turned the TV and I held it so that he could access and tighten screw on one side, then turned again and repeated so that he could get to the other side. He did not have cable management clips, said he would have customer service put in an order fo them as soon as he got back to the shop. I later placed a call to his dispatcher, Ray, who said that he would email both the agent and the store to make sure someone ordered the clips. He said he would get back to me with a response, I have yet to hear back from him nor has he responded to multiple messages I left for him. I still do not have cable management clips, nor any assurance that I will receive them. It is extremely frustrating! After I noticed TV was't level I searched and found Manufacture's in-depth YouTube video on unboxing and setting up the TV. In it they say get assistance to move TV, show the proper steps to assemble the stand and what to check to ensure it is done properly, along with attaching the cable management clips and routing cables through the base of the stand.

    The tv and connected pieces worked for 10 to 15 minutes before shutting down. All connected pieces shut down. I was able to disconnect by sound bar and that relieved the problem with everything shutting down. I am still waiting for a Geek Squad to show up and see if they can get everything working. My purchase was on October 30, 2021, and it is now November 19, 2021. My new appointment is scheduled for November 26, almost of month from the date of purchase.
