    Not only did he install the TV, he calibrated it and made sure it worked with my sound system, Xbox, ROKU Player and VCR. He went over the top.

    I gave an overall rating of poor because it took four appointments over six weeks finally to deliver my new TV. Two of those days were completely wasted waiting for delivery. In addition, I was in touch with corporate customer service about compensation and they have now decided to ignore me. I am not satisfied. The set up itself was fine. The rest of the experience was a nightmare.

    The Geek crew were excellent, and helped me a great deal in understandign what all of my rights were, and that I could count on them at any time. Not being a techie, it is good to have somone to contact with an issue.
