Service was good but extremely expensive

He arrived promptly and was knowledgeable and efficient. I was, however, absolutely stunned to learn that the $100 I paid for this did not include mounting. He was already here and the equipment was installed - all he had to do was slide the new set into the existing track - I was charged ANOTHER $100 for this. I complained to best buy and geek squad - no one cares.

Professional job setting up TV

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have had 2 sets of geek squad people out, but we still have problems with the sound and some stations don't have closed captioning (while others do) In addition we ordered a table to put the set on; but the install guys took it back since it had missing and broken pieces. All the people were friendly and personable - but the tv still is not working 100%.

Swap out DVD players.
