The two guys who delivered and set up the tv were excellent! They were polite and professional and answered all my questions.

From talking with our salesman, Gabe, to delivery we were very pleased with our experience with Best Buy! Gabe was professional and so knowledgeable. We knew we were in the right place to make our purchase. The Geek Squad was Awesome and furthered our information while they set up our purchase!

The Geek Squad guys were very knowledgeable and competent. They installed and setup a new Sony 55” smart tv and relocated und hooked-up 3 other tvs. Worked quickly. Everything worked perfectly. Except they did not connect new tv to our attic antenna. We did not discuss this so we were not aware that antenna was not connected. This was not a big problem and an easy connection.

One agent showed up and he was running late he called in for help in the end I had 5 geek members who did an awesome job setting up my TV and the rest of my system!

The agents came to my home and set up my 75in Sony TV. They were prompt and very nice. Also they took the TV out the box and set it up and showed me how to navigate through it. And the agents demonstrated some of the remote features and help me set up my google TV. Also they cleaned up everything and took away the box for me,overall great service from them.I highly recommend Geek Squad.

So happy that we ordered the set-up along with the TV purchase. It made the whole process so simple and effortless. The delivery team kept in communication with us, arrived on time, assembled TV and set it up. Removed packaging and made sure that we were satisfied before they left. It was well with the price.

After the 3rd try the agents delivered my TV and installed it to make sure it worked

Geek did an excellent job installing a new Samsung 75" TV. They hard wired my internet connection, so I'm not relying on Wifi and those connection issues. The day after the install, I had a question and phoned Total Tech Support. The person on the other end quickly helped me with a navigation issue. This was an excellent experience and money well spent.

The installer explained all the features of our new set and how the TV would interface with our service provider and with Amazon and Netflix. He took time with us and did not rush so that we had a thorough understanding of how our smart tv works. We love the set and have had no problems operating the system. He also showed us how he connected our DVD player.

Having our television set up was necessary due to my having broken my kneecap, and the techie who came was thoughtful and did a great job.

I have a very favorable impression of Kayla and her assistant who delivered and installed our 65” Samsung Q60. She gave us a heads up the day before scheduled delivery, and provided us with status updates of progress or delays related to travel to our destination. Gave us a call when they were 15 minutes from our address. They wore booties over their shoes. Brought the TV down to our basement, unboxed it, placed it and got it up and running. Collected all of the packaging and took it with them. Yes, I would be inclined to use the service again.

We bought a large 100" screen TV. To ensure the TV been setup properly without any issue, the delivery team come with two truck and 5 people to help set it up. Thanks a lot for the nice team work and they also provided professional and excellent service. They also provide valuable TV and Apps setup advice after the installation. I definitely give them a thumbs up and ***** for the good job they have done.

PERFECT TV. Picture is crisp and clear. Fits perfectly in our Den furniture hutch.
