They put in in the cabinet and hooked everything up. Showed us how to use all the bells and whistles on the set. Answered our questions about how to use. Most helpful!

The agents came to my home and set up my 75in Sony TV. They were prompt and very nice. Also they took the TV out the box and set it up and showed me how to navigate through it. And the agents demonstrated some of the remote features and help me set up my google TV. Also they cleaned up everything and took away the box for me,overall great service from them.I highly recommend Geek Squad.

The Geek Squad Agents were so amazing. I do not have the words to describe their knowledge and attention to detail. They were so patient with my numerous questions.

The agents had some difficulty setting up my tv stand . Once they complete that task , the agents installed my tv. I was a little upset that the agents came extremely late . However , I was please with overall process.

Geek did an excellent job installing a new Samsung 75" TV. They hard wired my internet connection, so I'm not relying on Wifi and those connection issues. The day after the install, I had a question and phoned Total Tech Support. The person on the other end quickly helped me with a navigation issue. This was an excellent experience and money well spent.
