    Although I did have to pay for the delivery service, the folks who delivered and set up the TV were great. Very respectful of our home and made sure I understood how to operate the product before they left

    The agents quickly set up the TV but didn't know how to get local stations. So, the TV set quietly for a few weeks until a Geek came to our house and showed us how to turn it on. The remote buttons lack any identifying marks as to what they do.

    We had our tv installed on the wall and 2 installers came to do this. Both were nice - one was more helpful with the tv than the other.
