    Missed first try at delivery so a convoy of geek squadets came out second time. They were efficient and fast with tv setup.

    I already had attached mount to wall and bracket to back of TV. The Geek Squad did not want to use the Sanus Streaming Media Panel that was recommended by Best Buy at the time I purchased the TV mount which is great. Unfortunately Best Buy says the panel is NON-Returnable. The TV hookup went well and the TV does work. I got more and better instruction from my 11 year old granddaughter that from guys who did the set up..... Disappointed as compared to prior year's experience. Jack

    The agents set my tv on a stand and then set it up.I paid $143.95 for this service.This tv was advertised as free delivery I feel BB should give me a credit for delivery.
