    Set up a SONY 55 inch 4K TV with a Blu-ray. Very professional and so glad we had them come. This is our first 4K TV and lots to learn.

    The Geek agent hooked the Tv and sound system. Was very disappointed in that he spend no time on the remote control and how to use many of the features. I was under the impression that I would only need one remote and when I asked him why I would need to use both. His answer was that I needed a universal remote I then showed him the one I have. His reply was that I didn’t pay for him to use it plus I would have to pay another $50.00 dollars Geek
