    The young man who installed our TV, not only brought it by himself, carried it into the house, and assemblied, it with an efficient manner, competent, and very kind. That makes a big difference, in our opinion, of someone who comes into our home, and knows what he is doing. He was so welcoming and kind, enjoying what he was doing, and let us know he had never ever put this tv together, before. Reading the instruction booklet and putting it together with speed and care. Making sure his work area was clean and tidy. He told us, every step he made. . .and assured us, we would be experts by the time he left. Giving us confidence to be able to work this tv, which was different from other's we have had. Mostly giving us a pep talk and not talking down to us, but encouraging us, on every segment of the installation and operation of the TV. Even the speakers in the TV, are so much better than our other TV's. Randy and I were so impressed with this young man, his kindness and knowledge on this tv. That sure help, when you are unsure or out of your league on working tech items. Thank you for sending this young man. Not a Best Buy Associate, but an independent contractor. . . .that was beyond helpful, caring and nice.     Dan and Alex provided amazing customer service while installing my new Bravia 8II and Bravia 9 soundbar. Dan's knowledge and expertise is incredible and he did a great job explaining the function and use of both units.

    I was very satisfied with the tech who delivered and set up my new Samsung 55” TV. He took the time with me to be sure all of my services were set up and working, and that my cable remote worked with my TV as well. He was pleasant, polite and professional. Well done!

    The two people that came to set up my TV, were professional and polite. They knew exactly what they had to do to hook it up. They also turned it on to make sure everything was running properly before they left.

    The tv was installed and connected very quickly. Installers were terrific. They answered any questions we had and were very knowledgeable. They knew that we needed extra help because we were not tech savy.

    Frank Fuller, Geek Squad installer was wonderful! He and his partner put on booties on their shoes, open the box neatly, took the packaging with them after installation. They connected all the equipment we had and instructed us on the use of both cable and TV remote. Frank is definitely an asset to the company!

    Two agents delivered my TV and set it up. They also moved the old TV to my basement and took the TV in the basement with them. Great customer service. They took the time to explain everything to us and explained the other services that are offered by the Geek Squad. Great experience!

    Great team. They knew exactly what to do and went about the installation quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and courteous answering all my questions and made sure I i was familiar with the new remote. They made sure there was nothing left behind in terms of boxes, scraps and debrey .

    First set of techs were excellent. They went through all the settings on the TV, connected my devices, remotes, etc. Had to exchange TV which was easy but second set of techs sort of rushed in and rushed out. Didn’t offer to set up my directv or roku remotes to control the TV like the previous techs. Thank God I knew how to do it or it would have been a needless call to tech support. Both sets of techs clean and took everything away as agreed.

    The agent kept me abreast of his arrival time and arrived as promised. He set the TV up quickly and showed me some of the basics in terms of fine tuning the set. He took the box and trash with him. The peace of mind of having BB set up a 55 inch TV for me was well worth it.

    Two Geek Squad gentlemen arrived to deliver our new 65" Samsung TV. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and professional! They set up our new TV and made it simple for us to understand how it worked and how to operate the remote to accomplish what we needed. It is our first Smart TV so we were grate for the guidance.

    We were having trouble getting the DVD player and Netflix to have sound. I had called LG customer support to no avail. Looked for a you tube video. Nothing. Justus and another gentleman with the geek squad came out and had it working in no time. Thank you both. We also had 4 remotes. They showed us a universal remote which we bought. They set everything up and taught us how to use it. They would show us and then have us try it. Smart, quick, considerate guys. Very happy with their service
