    the 1st appointment ok, but they didn't set up my TV correctly and I had to have geeks come next day . Also, geeks charged me 129.99 for coming back next day. If I hadn't text lead person, that charge would have stayed but fortunately, charge was reversed.

    The guys mounted the tv on a stand. But did not clean up unused cables from previous device. Seemed to be in a hurry to leave.

    The Geek Squad was on time, knew there stuff and explained why they did not do what we wanted done in a friendly matter. They do not touch other wirering Very understandable

    did a very good job installing 65" TV on table and connecting all wires. They forgot to leave the manual and I have to download it on computer
