    Guys made sure all unnecessarily wiring was removed they hung the tv in the right spot and made sure it was good with me

    The tech was very professional, and organize. He took the time to explain the basic functionality of the TV. I didn't have to deal with removing my old 55 inch TV and replacing it with the new one.

    The install was great with the first team that came out, but when I was asked to get another cable box because I had an old one for almost 10 years, I did and requested another team to come out and pair it with my new tv and they couldn't figure out what the problem is. Cable box still does not work with my new tv.

    The technician was very experienced in how to mount the TV in little or no time. She also set up the remote and tested all of the components. She gave a good overview on how to handle the various options.
