True geek squad saves the day.

Geek Squad Only!!!!!

The reason being is because it took four tries before my service was rendered. The first three times it was a contractor instead of geek squad and on the last try I finally got geek squad for my scheduled service. For me personally if it’s not geek squad coming to do my service I will not be excepting a contractor.

Can’t deliver on the day it was scheduled.

Something about error. Had 2 reschedule which was nearly another week to wait for it. Then call used their phones that don’t show BEST BUY calling. Like many I don’t answer calls I don’t know who or number. When they did show up they were very good and cleaned after they done like they you know anyone was here. Probably the last time I’ll do business with Best Buy’s.
