    I was surprised when I opened the door to the installers. The family van had no signage indicating a Best Buy Geek Squad relationship. One of the guys looked like he just left a grunge concert. The other guy was dressed a bit more professionally and his shirt indicated the name of his company. I was a bit concerned when they asked for my wifi, Netflix and Amazon Prime passwords for setup. I logged in myself and let them double check connections. I've used Geek Squad for appliance installation and had an excellent experience. The TV installation was a disappointment.
