    The guys were amazing. They changed what the policy allows. I had to pay an additional fee for putting the tv up. Yet, when they arrived the report didn’t state they were to put it up. I had two tvs but they would only do one. So there is a lack of communication between Best Buy and the company. To have it put up it would be additional cost. To have the outlet added… another cost. In the past it was part of the set up. Now, it’s just an additional warranty. Not worth it.

    The agent came to hook up our surround sound no faulty of his but 3 hours later determined that there must be problem with our receiver

    The squad helped set up the TV and 5 other functions of other equipment but no hint how to activate the alerts for programming updates Alert covers up LR corner of screen and is a pain
