Third Party Contractor installed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A third party contractor delivered and set up my 65” Samsung TV and Samsung sound bar. Nice man, knowledgeable, worked quickly, handed me a manual and left without explaining how to operate any of the features. I’m a retired senior now left trying to read manuals and make sense of it on my own. The sound does not match the lips of those who are speaking on TV. Will have to call and ask for an actual Geek Squad tech to come out.

Horrible Eperience!

It took 3 visits from different folks to finally complete the installation process. The first crew ( contractors) no idea what they were doing. The 2nd crew (also contractors) was a bit better but not equipped with the knowledge necessary to complete the job. The 3rd person was a direct Geek Squad who had total knowledge about the product and carefully explained the functions. Your 3rd party service program is a disaster and I will never allow them in my home again. I will request only direct hire Geek Squad techs with knowledge of the productg being installed.
