    TV was installed on 12-8-21 & was working great. Morning of 12-9-21 when we tried to turn on the TV it was not working. Spent over 1/2 hour on the phone with Total Tech only to be disconnected. Called our salesperson, KURT MANNING, who volunteered to come out to the house & fix the problem. Special thanks -- 2 thumbs up & 5 stars for KURT going above & beyond for the customer!!!
