TV delivery and setup

I was not home for the second delivery and missed the setup and demonstration of how the smart tv worked. My husband tried to remember everything they said but, having no experience with a smart tv, he was unable to grasp all the information. I haven't a clue about how it works and no manual that explains how to use apps, streaming, etc. Very disappointed and frustrated.
