Poor Last Impression from Install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Install was poor!!! One person for a 65 inch TV is not acceptable. The TV was going up the stairs and was basically ‘shoved’ up, walls hit and carpet dirty. I stopped the gentleman and asked if Best Buy was going to do repairs. I had asked him to wait for husband or allow me to assist. My husband came home and assisted with lifting. Not sure of the third party that did this installation. This left us with a very poor last impression.

Average installation

One man showed up to hook up and hang the tv on the wall. I could not help much due to recent surgery. I was satisfied with the install. No instructions were offered, he said he had to return to finish another job he left his partner at to come to my house, but he did give me his card and phone number telling me to contact him should I have questions. LOL!!! When I called him the next week I got voicemail and he never returned my message . I even texted him to no avail.
