    The installer was very knowledgeable and technical. He was friendly and efficient. I did try calling a couple days later to help with a problem. He did not return my call

    After waiting for the tv since 7am finally at 1:30 got a call telling me the tv was not at the store, the call was from the subcontractor and not from the store. That tells me that Best Buy doesn’t know what is going on with their stores. Had to wait another two weeks for delivery! One of the supervisors in the store Joe worked with me for final delivery, that being said this should not have happened. The geek squad was great!
