    He got sound & Picture on the TV and connected the DVD player and that was all. I didn't realize that there was much more that needed to be done, such as signing into my Samsung account and setting up Smart TV features etc. I feel like the installation was a ripoff. Disappointing, because I have been treated very well by Best Buy for many years.
