    The agents were so quick that I barely had time to ask them questions about the TV. If you don’t understand something, ask them questions. I did.

    Bought a tv and a fire stick. Told sales agent, Matt, that I needed tv installed attached to my receiver & its speakers. Also fire stick attached to second tv. Jon came only to install tv. He tried to attach it to the receiver but it doesn't work correctly. The receiver has to be shut off to hear the tv. (The receiver comes on when you turn the tv on.). He also disconnected the cd player. Jon said I had to pay extra for that - not told by Matt. But when I turn the 2nd TV on, it connects to the Internet but a notice on the tv screen says "we are unable to connect to the network currently, but we will keep trying. Please make sure your Internet service is functioning properly.". But it does connect to the Internet. BTW the notice is about 16 inches wide and 4 inches high. Will you be responding to this?
