    yes they did install my TV but they did not tell me my present router was to old to handle the signal. Thus we are having trouble with the TV keeping a internet connection. I think I needed a new router. I would like to get a new one so we won't be having this problem with our old router. But I don't know exactly what I need and how to hook it up. Please help Mr. Geek squad.

    Initial set up went very well however a couple of issues developed later on and had to have someone come out and fix. Everything's been fine since.
