    Let me preface this by saying that I do not generally do a review of service and this is the first time I have not been pleased with Best Buy. I first did not receive any communication on the day of delivery that there was a problem with the driver's vehicle and after waiting hours after my scheduled window, I had to contact the Best Buy delivery department to find out if they were coming. The team that delivered our TV was not overly prepared for the set-up. They were not sure on the hook ups for our cable box, how to set up our bluetooth sound bar, and how to set up the remote. They finally had to move onto their next appointment at which time I was able to connect the TV to our box, get the sound bar connected and sync the remote. I am not the most tech savvy person, hence the request to have it installed. The lead installer then left his jacket at my house, which that can happen to anyone, but it took several days for him to respond to my voicemail and email to pick it up. Please help to train your installation staff better. My belief is that this team was a holiday hire and were not well prepared.

    The installer was a nice guy, but touched the front of the screen several times leaving 20+ fingerprint marks I had to clean off. Also was on the phone half the time. Gloves or a second person for an install like this is totally necessary and geek squad should schedule it as such. Absolutely not worth the 200 dollars.
