    The delivery and set up of my new 4K TV was done very professionally. I was even helped by Chris to set up my DOT after my TV was properly programmed and set up.

    Poor Installation Experience

    Nice young men. However, if I didn’t need the help of lifting the tv up to attach to wall mount, I would not have used them, but I did, and I was not happy with the experience. Biggest issue is not being left with my warranty registration card and owners manual. Secondly, I had my existing tv moved into my bedroom and lifted onto wall mount. The installers mixed up the parts between the two wall mounts (yes, they took them apart) and couldn’t figure out the problem, so I had to step in and help figure it out, not what I expected for approximately $175. Also, the first thing out of their mouth was the concern did I pay the correct amount for their services, which resulted in my being on the phone with someone for almost 15 minutes before they agreed that I was paying the correct price for their services. Overall it was not the experience I had expected and hoped for. Being a single female 65 years of age requires help for some activities for which I am more than willing to pay for, but I expect much more for those dollars. BTW, these installers were not Geek Squad.

    Great attitude but clumsy work

    Gave good advice overall although one of them is false (no color calibration appointments any more). But not pleased with the installing it self. 1. TV is not mounted in the center of the wall (2 inches off). 2. Cut through the stud when cutting the hole for the conduit. I had to repair the wall myself. 3. Left a dozen of finger prints on the TV screen.

    lost internet three times. lost ability to control sound volume on cable remote. sometimes no sound at all. went to store to have geek fix. they put in expedited request to fix 2 times. was supposed to get appointment set in 2 to 4 hours. heard nothing for 5 days. easier to replace tv and resetup. thats what i did. second hookup and tv working fine so far. service to fix original tv was nonexistent
