Poor installation training
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installer and set up person didn’t know enough to push the power button on the back of the router to get it to work, and also I had to mount the TV myself, as the installer didn’t even have a drill to drill two holes with. Cost me $199 for Him to deliver the TV to me, and set it up on its legs, and plug-in, the right chords. He couldn’t get the TV router to turn on. I called him after he left and told him the power button on the back of the router needed to be pushed in. I later also drilled two holes in the existing TV rack and mounted the TV myself.
