Buying the tv was a good experience. The salesperson was informative and professional. Answered all questions and was not a hurry-up and get-gone. Geek squad did super job setting up.

The Geek Squad team completed the services we purchased: installation of a flat screen TV and removal of another from the premises on time. They also cleaned up and removed TV packing material when they left. A job well done!

The installers new exactly what they were doing. They installed a 65" with sound bar in the family room and a 40" set in the office and all work was performed professionally and neatly in approximately 1HR. I would definitely recommend the Geek Squad for future installations as I have used them in the past and the service is always consistently above average. Very satisfied

The agents connected my TV and explained the pointer (the name is gone) to me. I had disconnected the DVR after they left last time and had it where I couldn't even get a station. So it was a very simple problem for them. The biggest problem for them was explaining everything to me. I am so upset that you can't get a DVR that will tape while watching TV.

Justin Carter from Geek Squad was beyond excellent! He got me all hooked up and taught me how to stream with my new TV. And Justin did not talk down to me because I am a senior citizen and far from tech savvy! That's so wonderful! I wasn't afraid to ask questions. About six months ago, I bought a new computer from Best Buy and the tech was awesome too! You have a wonderful team!

The Geek Squad Team did a great job in setting up new 75" SONY X90L and removing old 75" tv in under 20 minutes. Including all setup and connecting to existing surround sound and boxes. Part of why I always buy from Best Buy is The Geek Squad Delivery and Set up; have never been disappointed.

Install was well done; tech explained how TV work and new remote works and patienly answered any questions I had; top service!

I would definitely recommend Geek Sqaud to all my family and friends!!! I’m cheap, so I rather have us install our TV ourselves, but with this past experience, I am definitely happy with their service!! They were FAST, and careful, they took our old tv, did not leave any trash or empty box, they explained everything very well, and they had great personalities, super cool!! My husband and I both were absolutely grateful but their service!!

The Geek Squad did a great job setting up the TV and the Sound Bar. They found a defect in the first TV and came back and replaced it. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

The 2 installers were polite and professional. They handled taking down our old tv and installing the new Samsung 55 inch tv quickly and efficiently. We are retired and couldn't have done any of the installation without them.

The agents took down and carted away my old TV and set up the new TV with no problems. The LG 65 inch OLED TV looks great with a more crisp picture and deeper/rich colors. Service and TV were/are excellent!!!

Erik had recommended the Sonos sound bar to work with my Sonos speakers to create surround sound in my living room and a swivel TV mount. A quick installation & Erik explained my system to me. Easy to understand. Professional and very nice. I love my sound system and how it works with my TV. Highly recommend Geek Squad. Just what any electronically challenged senior wants to do....spend an hour or so setting up and installing a 55 inch TV....NOT... THE GEEK SQUAD delivered, installed the TV, set up the programs and menu, ensured we were up to date on the operation, happy with the sound, and the picture. Pleasant, professional staff as always. The easiest 45 minutes I ever had installing a tv thanks to the GEEK SQUAD.
