Great people unprepared for haul away

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My agents or delivery people were great and helpful, but they were not told how big the TV for haul away was and couldn’t take it. I had to call and was very displeased with the helpfulness of my initial contact and he eventually just hung up without resolution. I was then on hold with another agent for over 1/2 hour to get some help. Extremely great delivery, extremely poor help after with the help desk.

Fantastic color on our TV after the calibration

Geek squad failure.

They left but didn't notice that the sound bar was blocking the TV sensor which made it hard to get my TV on and work right. Upon phone calls to rget another technician back I would have to wait another week.

Geek Squad Delivery
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Delivered in a timely manner and installed by one member of the Geek Squad. All connections were made except the connection to Cable. This made it impossible to complete the instructions on how to operate the TV. Spectrum Service needed to be called to complete the installation which was a simple cable connection. The Service Call could not be made until three days later.
