Bad communication of delivery/set-up process

What they didn’t tell us at the store when we made the purchase is that there are people who deliver your tv and then there is another person that comes out to set it up. Not knowing this I got a call from a Geek Squad guy saying he would be at our house at a certain time and he asked if “we had everything” and us thinking he meant, is there a clear path to set the new tv up, etc. so we said yes. He shows up as promised and asks where the new tv is? Us thinking he was bringing it. So he leaves, an hour later the delivery people show up with our new tv! Luckily, they agreed to help pull it out of the box and install the base and removed our old tv. We completed the set-up. Again, poor communication at the store led to confusion on delivery day.

the geek guy really knew his stuff!!!
