    Kenny, as person, has been great. The issue is, it's been 2 mths since my 75" TV broke...and there's no replacement, no news on the next step, everything is in the hands of Samsung. So, kind and knowledgeable service, but no action.

  • Guys were good. My hardwood floor was scratched.

    Installed TV fine. But, my hardwood floors have 2 deep scratches in it from where the large tv box sat and was moved across the floor.
