    Left all old unused cables on floor. Later I realized they were not connected to anything so I bagged them to discard them.

    I was not present for the install, but my father was. The agent was professional from what I understand, but he did not verify that the Wifi connection to the TV was actually working, only that it was connected. As a result, when I got home and tried to watch Netflix, it didn't work. The issue turned out to be the wifi channel used by the router, but the agent should have at least checked it out!
