No Show for the original appointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My review is negative because on the day of the original appointment, nobody showed up without any information. I called the local Best Buy three times but they did not have any information. I was just told to wait. I waited 12 hours. At the end of the day, I was told that the manager would call me back. He/she did not. I called the Geek office the next day; they did not know anything about it either. They sent a person several day later. He was two hours late but otherwise fine. What I did not like was that nobody knew (and took responsibility) about the no show on the original date. The setting up service I received was good.
