Love the picture quality of this Samsung tv. The Geek Squad, set up internet and some other apps for me. They were nice and efficient. They explained everything to me , before they left.

I purchase a 9500 Samsung curved TV and a mount and had an excellent geek squad member set it up entirely and program the remote.

Definitely worth it, and even better that it was included with the total tech package. Staff showed up on time, was courteous and efficient. They even put on covers for their shoes when entering my place. Highly recommend it, especially if you purchase a large tv screen like a 65' or 75' inch tv

First TV ordered was brought to the house , paid for and installed but didn't work so had to be returned. Went to the store the same day and selected another/ After waiting half the next day for them to call, I finally called the 800 number to find out the earliest time they could give me an apt was 4 days later. I told the poor girl I was on the same original apt and they had my money and my TV. Wore out two batteries on my home phones with her and only got a promise that someone would give me a call. The guy did call and did a yeoman's job at getting a crew out that night. Very professional from that point on, and they gave me a color calibration gratis a couple of weeks later.

The installers did a great job---it turned out to be a complicated installation and they were very patient and persevered and finally were able to get everything to work.

Installers were friendly and professional and completed the installation pretty quickly. They were also respectful of my of my home and property.

This Geek Squad visit was to exchange a replacement TV with one that had failed while under warranty. Aaron did an excellent job of packing the bad TV in the box from the new TV which I was glad about, since except for not working it was in perfect condition.

I moved into a new home and needed 2 televisions mounted. Geek Squad members showed up early, was very friendly, was very professional, did a great job with the mounting with no damage to the surrounding areas in my home, and went above the service by cleaning up the area of work and even helped me install a feeder line into my wall to hide the cables! Thanks so much for all your hard work and this was the second time I’ve used Geek Squad for TV set up and would definitely do it again!

The agents brought my 85 in Roku TV and Mount that I purchased. I am new to Total Tech and I am very impressed. The agents were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Glad I purchased the Total Tech subscription and I plan to use it alot more in the future!

In home set-up is well worth the cost. They deliver - no trying to get it in the car or having sensitive electronics rattling around in the back of a (borrowed) pick-up. The techs unpack from the bulky box, and set up the TV. This is at least the second TV I have had BB set up, and I appreciate the service as well as the personable techs who do the work.

They mounted my TV and set it up all the way. Also cleaned up the boxes and removed them.

Mike and his co-worker (I wish I remembered his name too) were great! They set up everything meticulously, went through all the settings and how everything works with me, and cleaned up and took away all the packing materials. My Standard Poodles loved them too! They even took an old subwoofer for me to recycle. Thank you guys! If I could give you a 10, I would!

They put it where I wanted it and did what they could to set it up. The TV did not come with a needed cable and they did not have one but told me the type to get. I was forced to buy one the next day. The service was great but I was disappointed that Best Buy charges extra for anything.

Two Geek Squad Members came and put together a new stand and installed the new set and sound bar. They also set up operation with Comcast and explained the operation of the set along with the remote. They also moved the previous set to a new location as well as reconnecting DVD unit along with other ancillary boxes. The two Squad members were personable, efficient and made the transition to the new set seamless. I would certainly use them again.
