The technicians ran into a problem with how the tv connection was routed through the sound system. They made it work, but now we have to turn the tv off manually and adjust the sound manually. I wish they had suggested a solution on how to deal with this technical glitch. All they kept saying is we've changed nothing everything is the same as before.

I live on an Air Force Base, which is literally in my address. Three times, Geek Squad has subcontracted my television setup to contractors, who can’t get on base due to a lack of proper identification. Each time, I have had to call and reschedule. No one has ever attempted to call me. Now, I have to reschedule for a fourth time, and I’ve done nothing wrong. When I call, Best Buy representatives have apologized profusely, but not one of them has elevated this issue, for resolution, to anyone with authority to fix this situation. I paid money for a service and have been ignored. Each time I reschedule, the dates given are at their convenience, not mine. Additionally, their service window is typically from 7AM to 7PM, which means I have to miss work, unless I get a weekend appointment. This has been the most frustrating ordeal. Christmas is coming, and I don’t anticipate anyone from this company doing anything to assist me. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience, which could have been avoided if professionals would simply get involved.
