Not the real Geek!

Asked him to hook up Roku and said he wasnt really suppose to but did. Dealt with actual Geek Squad installers before and they were 5 stars plus everytime. Disappointed.

The service went well

total rip off and misleading

The tech came over and literally plugged in the TV and entered my wifi password. that's it. I'm not tech savvy, but most people can handle this remedial task. I was expecting the TV to be hooked up to the cable and synced with the other TVs. I would assume this is what most consumers would expect given the exorbitant price to literally bend over and plug somethin into the wall. It's honestly depressing that businesses earn revenue in this manner...great job guys.
