The guy didn’t set up my TV with the new remote!

Geek Squad took my dead computer and repaired it?

But I have muddled thru for 50 or so years now with me being 79 yrs of age at present. What happened to my bookmarks? Nothing is the same as before I took the computer to BB. I have to re-enter each Bookmark one at a time to rebuild the list I had in the Lenovo computer. I had to re-establish my e-mail etc, etc, etc......All I can say is that I am glad that this repair job did not cost me any extra money and the Geek got it cleared so that I can at least use it to some extent. I also had to re-enter the software for my printer. I have no idea how to make Firefox my go to . I received an Over My Head explanation concerning what was done to my computer and what caused it. I appreciate that your young men are fluent in computer, but sometimes that does not help me at all. You shouldn't have asked for my review this time... I am not happy.
