    They couldn't get the smart tv to work. We had to get verison in on anothet matter and he hooked it up.

    First TV (60") was set up quickly, but I would recommend slowing down the demo session. The second TV that I purchased & also had set up on a different date--pleasant young man, but he didn't complete the set-up. I've tried to do it myself, but haven't been able to do so. I need to contact again as the TV in the basement guest suite isn't really set up.
