    The agent mounted my TV, antenna and set up. I wish he would of known more about Roku TVs and Sling. I wanted to get the local channels on Sling and had him install a new 60 mile antenna to no avail since Sling doesn't offer local channels (found out later). Roku doesn't offer local channels either even though he said he had one on when I was in another room (Seattle isn't in a designated service area) . He told me I would have to play with the remote, TV, Sling, etc to figure out how it works. No tips or pointers at all. I wish he would of done more than just plug it in since you do the set up by just following the instructions on the Roku TV.

    Sound is sometimes not good. Picture is great The only problem is with the sound quality. Geek squad were great.
