    While the squad sent to set up the TV were courteous and freindly, they did not seem to know how to set up the many features of the new Sony Bravia Smart TV I had purchased. I have to keep going to Utube to find out how to set up many features I wanted to avail myself with by buying this TV. Best Buy has encouraged me to contact customer service to get the 'best' benefit of set up.

    The guys did a good job of carrying the monster 85" TV up the stairs didn't hurt anything didn't break anything didn't scratch any thing, didn't hurt it. Hooked up as expected got all systems working they did their job just fine.
