The geek squad that comes to your home to set up your purchases are far more knowledgeable than the average one in the store who sells it to you. These guys will go the extra mile and complete their job even after they leave. I am elderly and not techno savoy. I received an updated Comcast remote several days after best buy was here. I knew I had nothing to do with it. I called Comcast and it was ordered for me at no cost for delivery or monthly fee. I can't say enough good about this service.

I was certain I have already sent in a review on my TV being set up? I love the Geek Squad and have always been satisfied with any of the work. Since I lost my genius partner a year ago I have relied on the Geek Squad to take care of all my technology for which I am ever so grateful.

Fast and professional. Moved a big TV from LR to BR and mounted to stand, BR TV removed, new BIG TV w/sound bar installed, cables, wires -- all of it. A quick how-to on remote operation and all the packaging left with them. I saved ALMOST enough on the install fees to pay for the items I bought too.

This is the first time we have used Geek Squad. They delivered our tv, took away the old one, and set up our new tv to the 4 components we have plus our antenna. They were very friendly and professional and went over all the features of our tv. They were here over 1 1/2 hours to set everything up so it was well worth the money. It would have taken us hours to do what they did plus we would have had to dispose of our old tv. We will use them again.

The first TV had to be replaced and so far the second one is wonderful. Ariel was the set up technician for the second TV and he was wonderful. He showed me many things with the set up and I really appreciated the time he took to show me. A perfect gentleman too.

We would like to praise Trevor for the services he has provided us. First of all, he was extremely pleasant. He contacted us frequently to confirm our appointment and give us a good idea of when to expect him. Secondly, he helped us through a trying experience -the new TV stand we bought could not handle the feet of the 50" tv due to the design of the stand. He took the time to find a model that would fit. He contacted Susan at the Erie location to process the return and purchase a different brand that would fit. We were so thankful for the smooth process. Kudos to Susan, also. She, too, was pleasant and helpful.

The Agents were polite and very knowledgeable , showed me all the functions and set up everything ! Well worth the cost !!

Oh my Word! The two Geek Squad agents were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and very fast! They took down my old TV, mounted the new 55 LG and helped me with all the settings. They were extremely patient in teaching me all about the features and even hooked up my phone and my computer to the new TV. I trust their knowledge and their ability to solve problems. Thanks to the Geek Squad, my husband and I are now enjoying our new TV.

Agents worked efficiently and assisted throughout setup to restore services available on my old smart TV. They were very patient helping a senior citizen with fat fingers work through the routines.

Excellent installers who went right to it setting up 75 inch tv and new sound bar along with connecting my blue ray disc, firestick and roku in very short time. Everything worked as it should and they took all packaging and boxes out leaving area clean when they finished.

The Geek Squad set up my New TV within 20 minutes. They were awesome and very professional. However, what I was charge $199.99, for 20 minutes was quite high. That's $10 per minute!

They did a great job setting up the Sony tv. They stayed till the tv finished updating. They were a big help.

Accurate, professional and very patient to explain everything about remote and all kind of apps for the tv

The agents set everything up for us. We ran into a little issue but Geek came back out that same day and quick-fixed it. We then ran into another little issue and Geek came out and fixed it a different way - the issue was not at all the television in either case but the soundbar hook-up that turned out to be very minor and easily solved!! We are extremely pleased with this television!!

Carlos and JP are the best they made sure TV is properly set up picture, sound and alignment. If you're assigned these Reps.you will be in good hands with these professionals

We contacted the Geek Squad to get some information about a new TV we had just purchased. The agent was fairly knowledgeable, but was hard to understand. I don't think we were able to explain the situation well enough for him to respond with the information we needed. However, let us add, that we use the Geek Squad frequently and they are usually right on and we would recommend them to anyone.

The agent came to my house and explained everything to me and helped me pick out exactly what I wanted and needed. A week later another geek Squad employee showed up at my house with my television and everything needed to set it up. He showed me how to work everything and was knowledgeable and efficient. I couldn't be more happier and pleased with the service I received. I will be using the geek Squad for everything I need.

We are very happy with the 65" Samsung Smart TV. Great picture, color easy to use remote. Great choice and would recommend to anyone looking for a new tv. The techs who delivered and set up the tv were fast and answered all our questions. Did not feel we were taking too much of their time.

The agents who installed the tv did a good job of installation and programming the cable remotes. They did not check the 5.1 surround theater system or balance the speaker output as is noted in the option we paid for. Nor did they check our DVD to see if it is working. I have set another appointment up to review these issues. Once this is completed I will be happy with this purchase. We spent a considerable amount of money for the tv and installation services and want them to work.
