While we know that paying for an extra cable is never fun, we're glad to hear that you have since been credited for it since it was left unused.

    I had to reschedule twice as I was assured tgat the tv was in and wasnt. Then after making the second app. I was told after calling 4 times that to make sure the tv was in and seeing the app. scheduled that the app. was not confirmed. The Third time was the charm.
