    The technician did not know how to set it up to work with just the cable remote. I had to get help directly from LG. There were some start-up sequences that had to be turned off so the cable remote can start the TV in HDMI mode.

    The service technician set it up but didn't show us how to us it which is what we feel we paid for. Once the technician left and we tried to use our streaming channels off our Roku, none of our three remotes would operate it. After several days of troubleshooting on how to operate the TV my husband went to the Best Buy store for assistance and was greeted rather rudely. All the customer service representative could say is you asked us to set it up and we did our job.

    Geek's set up my receiver to the TV and five speakers are installed properly but the the outside speakers are not. Waiting for them to return!
