    Purchased new 55" TV and sound bar (both Sony) from Best Buy. . Geek Squad came to home to set up. More than half way thru set up process I was informed they could not program thru remote supplied by Sony but had to use DirecTV remote. I feel I was misled as I should have been informed of this beforehand. I have to use 2 remotes to have full functionality of my system.

    The TV was unpacked and set up, plugged in and a picture was evident. He did not show me how to navigate to find my desired stations. In fact, he couldn't wait to get out of my house and bolted out the front door as if he had someplace to be 5 minutes ago.
